{"id":164,"date":"2022-03-17T20:57:11","date_gmt":"2022-03-17T20:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eucharistisjesusar.org\/?p=164"},"modified":"2022-03-29T18:16:03","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T18:16:03","slug":"can-we-be-denied-holy-communion-kneeling-and-on-the-tongue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eucharistisjesusar.org\/es\/2022\/03\/17\/can-we-be-denied-holy-communion-kneeling-and-on-the-tongue\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfSe nos puede negar la Sagrada Comuni\u00f3n de rodillas y en la lengua?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"\">It is important to know what the General Instruction to the Roman Missal (GIRM)says about reception while kneeling and on the tongue:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><em>&#8220;The norm established for the Dioceses of the United States of America is that Holy Communion is to be received standing, unless an individual member of the faithful wishes to receive Communion while kneeling.&#8221; (GIRM [2011], n. 160)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">The 2011 GIRM cites at this point the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments&#8217; Instruction Redemptionis Sacramentum (March 25, 2004), no. 91, which reads:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><em>&#8220;In distributing Holy Communion it is to be remembered that \u2018sacred ministers may not deny the sacraments to those who seek them in a reasonable manner, are rightly disposed, and are not prohibited by law from receiving them.\u2019 Hence any baptized Catholic who is not prevented by law must be admitted to Holy Communion. Therefore, it is not licit to deny Holy Communion to any of Christ&#8217;s faithful solely on the grounds, for example, that the person wishes to receive the Eucharist kneeling or standing.&#8221;<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.catholic.com\/qa\/can-a-bishop-prohibit-receiving-communion-on-the-tongue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/p>\n<h1>\u00bfPuede un obispo o sacerdote negar la comuni\u00f3n en la lengua?\nDel sitio:<\/h1>\n<p style=\"\">catholic.com<\/p>\n<p><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><em>\u201cLa ley universal del rito latino es que recibimos la Comuni\u00f3n en la lengua. <\/em><em>Recibir en la mano es un indulto o permiso especial que no existe en la mayor parte del\nmundo. Por ley, es un derecho de los fieles recibir en la lengua, y los fieles no deben\nser negados sus derechos.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><em>El Vaticano promueve la Comuni\u00f3n en la lengua no solo por su larga tradici\u00f3n sino porque \u201cmanifiestan con abundancia la m\u00e1xima reverencia y la prudencia suma con que se trataba a la sagrada Eucarist\u00eda.\u201d y \u201cpara alejar todo peligro de profanaci\u00f3n de las especies eucar\u00edsticas\u201d (Memorial Domini).\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Una vez m\u00e1s desde el IGRM:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><em>\u201cLa Hostia consagrada se puede recibir ya sea en la lengua o en la mano a discreci\u00f3n de cada comulgante\u2026el sacerdote, teniendo la Hostia un poco elevada, la muestra a cada uno, diciendo: El Cuerpo de Cristo.
